Frequently asked questions

What is in the set?

Two card decks in German: one for adults and older teens, from age 16, and one for children, from age 5. So at a family table there are questions for the little ones and the grown-ups alike.

What language are the cards in?

Every card in both decks is in German.

Is it good for language practice?

Yes. If someone in your family is learning or practising German, the cards give them a natural reason to use it in conversation: read the question aloud and answer it in German.

How do we use the two decks together?

Bring out the kids' deck when younger children are at the table; some of its questions are meant for ages 8 and up, and these are marked. The adult deck's questions also touch on work, decisions and relationships, so they suit conversations between adults and older teens. On a family evening you can also take turns drawing from both.
