At least two players are needed — one child and one adult.
One player draws a card and reads the question (or has it read aloud).
Then, you talk about it together — there are no right or wrong answers. The goal is to understand how children see the world, what they’re thinking about, what they’re afraid of, what they hope for, and what makes them happy in everyday life.

It’s important that the adult also shares their own perspective during the conversation!

The game is recommended for ages 5 and up, but some questions are designed for children aged 8 and older — these are clearly marked. Of course, it’s up to the parents to decide whether to ask those questions to younger kids as well.

Yes, absolutely — and it’s even encouraged! As children grow and we change too, the answers to the same questions can evolve over time. Each group brings its own energy, perspectives, and experiences — leading to new and exciting conversations every time you play.

There’s no set time limit for a round or an answer. Some questions may spark deeper conversations, so the length of the game depends entirely on the players — it can even last for hours if they begin to truly open up.

If a question feels too difficult, feel free to skip it — you can always come back to it later.
